Through education, advocacy and research, the American Lung Association of Florida strives to improve the health of the community. Activities include: Working with youth to prevent tobacco use and helping those quit who have already begun this deadly addiction. Helping communities to fight the effects of asthma and working with school children to better manage their disease. Fighting for cleaner air, both indoors and outside Funding life-enhancing research into the cause and cures of lung disease.
