Description:

Mission - "To put Christian principles into practice through programs that build a healthy spirit, mind, and body"

Full size gymnasium, youth gymnasium, 6 lane outdoor heated pool, racquetball courts, free weights, nautilus and cardio equipment, sauna and steam rooms, whirlpools, water aerobics, swim lessons, cycling/spinning classes, after school program, summer day camp, adult basketball, youth sports (basketball, soccer, t-ball, baseball, flag football)

Also has a handicapped/stroker's program where participants gain the use of degenerated limbs, and a minority achiever's program that is designed to help minority youth set and persue high educational goals.

Financial assistance is available.
