Our health is the one thing we totally take advantage of until we lose it. Be it a cold, a headache, or more. We don't realize what it is until we have symptoms; but health is not just the lack of symptoms or disease, it is not just feeling but performing at your best.

So how do you preserve health? Maintain a proper diet, eating a balanced diet from all the food groups. Drink plenty of water. Get proper sleep, which not only includes numbers of hours slept, but also the condition of your mattress and the correct pillow height. Exercise, a 20 minute walk three times per week will do wonders for you. It is recommended to check with your doctor before beginning any exercise routine. Keep a positive mental attitude and see your Chiropractor on a regular basis. Proper spinal alignment and nerve function is important for the body to be able to adapt and take care of himself.
