The Upper Crust and Crumb Bagelry and Bread Café has saved Volusia County from a life with out that doughy breakfast favorite. No, not the donut! The bagel! The Upper Crust and Crumb, known by its regulars as the Bagel Café, is located in the new Airport Road Shopping Center on South Williamson Road in Port Orange. The Upper Crust and Crumb is open from 6 am until 3pm Monday through Friday and from 7am until 3pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Everyone is sure to find something they desire with bagels of many flavors, both sugary and salty. In addition, this little café boasts more then just bagels. Whether it is a breakfast sandwich you desire or a lunchtime meal, the Bagel Café has it. They have a wide variety of sandwiches like the Chicken Breast Focaccia, Spinach and Artichoke Panini, and a Club Sandwich. If you are watching your carbs the Bagel Café has a Low-Carb Menu as well. The Bagel Café also boasts a fine selection of different breads, salads, muffins, pastries, soups, cream cheeses, and a customer favorite – bagel chips! Need something to quench your thirst? If a fountain drink, juice, iced tea, or coffee isn’t for you try one of their all-natural and fat free smoothies like the Peach Pear Plus or the Strawberry Patch.
The staff at the Upper Crust and Crumb treats customers with friendly smiles and service. With the bold colors on the walls and floors it is hard not to feel a burst of energy to help begin your day. The café is always clean with fresh foods waiting to be eaten. There are several tables to dine at and copies of newspapers are provided for customers to read.
