Pagano's Pizzeria

2006-01-26
Article Written by: Sami Jo

Volusia and Flagler Counties seem to have pizza places everywhere, and for a person whose favorite food is pepperoni pizza, this is not a complaint. Unfortunately, however, only a handful of local pizza establishments have good pizza. Pagano’s Pizzeria is one of them. This restaurant serves New York style pizza and an enormous amount of other things, including calamari, wings, salads, Jersey Italian style hot dogs, dessert and thirty different sub sandwiches. Their dinners include stuffed shells, lasagna, fettucini alfredo and chicken parmigiana. In addition to the great food, Pagano’s has one of the friendliest staffs in town.

Virtual Tour: Though a small restaurant, Pagano’s has plenty of booths and tables to seat many guests. The New York skyline and Hollywood themed décor are sure to distract guests from their conversations.

Recommended Menu Item: Try the Pin Wheels…they’re like cinnamon rolls, but with pizza toppings.

Affordability: Prices are great all the time, but the daily lunch special is spectacular. You can get two slices and soda for $2.75 (toppings additional).

Getting There and Parking: Pagano’s is located at 1945 Ridgewood Ave in South Daytona between Beville Rd. and Big Tree Rd., next to Wendy’s on the east side of the street.

Other Info: Open Monday through Thursday from 11 am-9 pm and Friday’s and Saturday’s from 11 am-9:30 pm. They are closed on Sunday’s.
