BIKETOBERFEST MOTORCYCLE BLESSING

St. Mark By The Sea Lutheran Church in Palm Coast , Florida invites all motorcycle riders to their Fifth Annual Blessing of the Bikes & Riders on Saturday, October 21, 2006. The Bike Blessing includes the following activities:

A Hearty Country Breakfast will be held from 9:00 a.m. through Noon, with proceeds from the requested $4/person donation benefiting children's ministries.

Two Bike Blessing Ceremonies will be offered at 10:00 a.m. and at 11:30 a.m. The service also provides an opportunity for bikers or family members to come forward to toll the church's bell in remembrance of those riders who have passed away.

A consecration of the site for the Wings and Wheels National Biker Memorial will be held at 11:00 a.m. National Biker Memorial wristbands, t-shirts and memorial tiles will be on display and available during the event.

Live remote broadcast with the Heartbeat of Flagler and on-site interviews with bikers.

St. Mark By The Sea Lutheran Church is a member of the Florida/Bahamas Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). We are located 3/4 mile east of I-95, next to the Sun Trust Bank.
