EVENT DESCRIPTION
Riders will enjoy a day filled with great riding and must complete five required stops where they draw a card hoping to get one of the best Poker Hands. The best hands will be entered into the final 2 card draw at the final stop, Dirty Harry’s Bar . The winning seven card hand will take home $1,000! Other prizes include Craziest Helmet, Worst Hand of Poker, farthest traveled and oldest / youngest riders. Enjoy great raffle packages, multiple drawings, DJ, free continental breakfast and dinner at the final stop.
DATE & TIME Sunday, June 4, 2006 10:00 am—4:30 pm
ROUTE AND STOP LOCATIONS
The event begins at Daytona Beach Kennel Club & Poker Room for registration and 1st card draw. The participants will continue to First Turn, Froggy’s Saloon, and Finnegan’s (Flagler) where they will draw a card at each stop. The final destination is Dirty Harry’s Bar where the final card will be drawn to determine the best hands that will be entered into the final 2 card draw for the grand prize of $1,000. The final stop will be the location for the “Hand of Hope’ appreciation dinner and party. (Stops are tentative at this time)

EVENT MARKETING
Event marketing will include direct mail to local riders, rider groups across the United States, local newspaper and radio advertisement, solicitation of local biker group participation, Daytona Beach Area Convention & Visitors Bureau Website, CBCVF Website and general event promotion support.
SPONSORSHIP RECOGNITION
Direct mail, newspaper and radio advertising, website advertising, company recognition at all stops, recognition in the event program, all print materials and CBCVF / Rotary Foster Care Coalition Quarterly Newsletter, and logo / name on the commemorative t-shirt (for specific level sponsors only).
