Our People - Benjamin Cameron

Benjamin has been a drummer/percussionist all his life, and has also been aquainted with a variety of different instruments; some of which are piano, guitar, alto saxophone, tuba, and others.

Benjamin grew up in the Daytona Beach area and attended Atlantic High School, where as a percussionist, he was granted many prestigeous awards and moments. Just as he began to continue his music education in college, however ,the fates temporarily drew him away to answer to the call of unexpected obligations.

Benjamin aspires to achieve many great things, some of which are publication of his writings and to get his own music out there. For now, however, he has the chance to persue another aspiration...to help others achieve their goals. Benjamin believes we should always dare to follow our dreams and let nothing obstruct our way, and Cheryl! Tisland has given him the chance to help others through WhatsHappeningDaytona.com. Benjamin is currently dedicated to the cause of WhatsHappeningDaytona.com to promote art, culture, health, music, and general area awareness.
