DeLAND, FL- The Sands Theater Center

The Sands Theater CenterStorybook Theater Company will be holding auditions May 15 and 16 from 4-6 PM at the theater for the summer library tour show "Pig Tails." Actors of varying ages are needed, but actors under driving age, or without a license, must have reliable transportation to and from rehearsals and performances.

Actors are volunteers and will not be paid for rehearsals or performances. The summer library tour begins the end of June and ends in mid-July. Audition sheets will be filled out at the theater, and those auditioning will do cold readings and some movement exercises. Contact Darlene Stewart at 386-738-7156 for more details. The theater is located at 600 N.Woodland Blvd, DeLand, across from Stetson Univerity in the Cultural Arts Center Building.
